Processing And Delivery

Every item is made to order, so please allow 2–5 business days for printing before your order ships. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays. During busy seasons, such as November and December, processing can take a little longer.

Holiday Orders

Ordering a gift? Check the order-by date shown on our site for Christmas delivery. Orders placed after that date may not arrive in time.

Tracking Your Order

When your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show updates.

Address Problems

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will try to fix it before it goes to print. Once an order ships, we cannot change the address. Packages returned to us because of an incorrect address can be reshipped at the customer’s cost.

Lost, Late Or Damaged Orders

If your package arrives damaged or with a printing error, email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we will send a replacement at no cost. If tracking shows delivered but you can’t find it, check with neighbors and your local post office, then contact us and we will help.
