Agreement
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of skunkfishingclub.com (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from us. The Site is operated by DEOSHER GROUP LLC, 30 N Gould St., Sheridan, WY 82801, USA, doing business as Skunk Fishing Club (“we,” “us,” “our”).
By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Shipping Policy and our Refund & Size Exchange Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.
You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian’s permission, to place an order. We currently sell and ship to addresses in the United States only.
Products
Every item is printed to order after you buy it. We do our best to show colors and designs accurately, but colors on your screen may look slightly different from the finished product. Small variations in print placement and color between items are normal for printed apparel. Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your order confirmation email. We may cancel or refuse an order, for example if an item is unavailable, a price is listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you’ve paid for, we’ll refund you in full.
Because items go into production quickly, we can only change or cancel an order if you email us within 12 hours of placing it.
Prices and Payment
All prices are in US dollars. Shipping is shown at checkout. You’re responsible for any sales tax that applies, which is calculated at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes won’t affect orders already placed. Payment is taken when you place your order.
Shipping
Orders are fulfilled and delivered by our third-party partners. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Full details are in our Shipping Policy. Once a package is handed to the carrier, the risk of loss passes to you, but we’ll still help if something goes wrong.
Refunds and Size Exchanges
Refunds and size exchanges are available within 30 days of your order date, as set out in our Refund & Size Exchange Policy.
Promotions and Discounts
Sales and discount codes run for the dates shown and can’t be combined unless we say so. Discounts can’t be applied to orders already placed. We may end or change a promotion at any time, and we may cancel orders that misuse a promotion.
Our Designs and Content
The Skunk Fishing Club name, logo, mascot, designs, slogans, photos and text on the Site belong to us. Buying a product lets you wear and enjoy it. It doesn’t give you the right to copy, reproduce or sell our designs or use our brand.
Your Reviews, Photos and Messages
If you send us or post a review, photo or comment about our products, or tag us on social media, you allow us to share it on our Site, social media and ads, free of charge. We may edit it for length. Only send content that you own and that doesn’t break any law or anyone else’s rights.
Using the Site
Please don’t misuse the Site. That includes trying to hack or disrupt it, scraping it, placing fraudulent orders, or using it for anything illegal. We may block access or cancel orders if you do.
Disclaimers
The Site and our products are provided “as is.” Apart from the promises in our Shipping Policy and Refund & Size Exchange Policy, and any rights you have by law that can’t be excluded, we make no other warranties. We don’t promise the Site will always be available or error-free. Our designs are humor; wearing them will not improve your catch.
Limit of Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some states don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you have a problem, please email us first; most issues can be sorted out quickly. Any dispute that can’t be resolved informally will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it locally.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the Site when you place an order applies to that order. We’ll update the date at the top whenever we make changes.
