Who We Are
Skunk Fishing Club (“we,” “us,” “our”) sells fishing apparel at skunkfishingclub.com (the “Site”). The Site is operated by DEOSHER GROUP LLC, 30 N Gould St., Sheridan, WY 82801, USA.
This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit the Site, buy from us, or sign up for our emails, and how we use and share it. By using the Site, you agree to this policy.
Information We Collect
Information you give us
- Orders: name, email, phone number, shipping and billing address, and the items you buy.
- Payments: card and wallet payments are handled by our payment providers. We do not see or store your full card number.
- Emails and messages: your email address if you join our list, and anything you send us at hello@skunkfishingclub.com.
- Reviews and photos: anything you choose to post or tag us in.
Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser, device type, pages viewed, referring site, and how you move through the Site.
- Cookies and similar tools: small files and pixels that remember your cart and help us measure ads. See “Cookies, pixels and ads” below.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive information such as health data or government ID numbers.
How We Use Your Information
- Process your order, pass it to our fulfillment partners for printing and delivery, and send you order and shipping updates.
- Handle returns, replacements and customer questions.
- Send marketing emails, only if you opted in. You can unsubscribe any time.
- Show you our ads on social media and measure how they perform.
- Run, secure and improve the Site, and prevent fraud.
- Meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information for money.

Cookies, Pixels and Ads
We use cookies to keep items in your cart, remember your settings and keep checkout secure.
We also use advertising pixels and tags from social media and advertising platforms. They tell us when someone who saw our ad visits the Site or buys, and they let us show ads to people who visited before. These partners may collect information about your activity across other sites. Under some US state laws, this may count as “sharing” for targeted advertising.
Your choices:
- Turn off or delete cookies in your browser settings. The cart and checkout may not work without them.
- Change your ad preferences in the settings of the social media platforms you use.
- Use your browser’s or device’s settings to limit ad tracking.
- We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as an opt-out of targeted advertising where the law requires it.
Email Marketing
We send marketing emails only to people who sign up or tick the box at checkout. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also email hello@skunkfishingclub.com to be removed. Order and shipping emails will still be sent while you have an open order.
How Long We Keep It And How We Protect It
We keep order records for as long as needed for tax and accounting rules, usually [7 years]. We keep email list data until you unsubscribe, and site analytics data for [up to 26 months].
The Site uses HTTPS encryption, and payments are processed by providers that meet card-industry security standards (PCI DSS). No system is perfectly secure, but we limit who can access customer data and use trusted service providers.
Your Rights And Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we hold about you and get a copy.
- Correct information that is wrong.
- Delete your information, unless we must keep it (for example, for tax records).
- Opt out of marketing emails, and of targeted advertising or “sharing” of your data.
- Appeal if we decline your request.
Residents of states with consumer privacy laws, including California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut and Texas, can use these rights where those laws apply. To make a request, email hello@skunkfishingclub.com with the subject “Privacy request.” We will confirm your identity and reply within 45 days. We will not treat you differently for using your rights.
Children
The Site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
Where Your Data Is Processed
We sell to customers in the United States. Our business and some of our service providers may process data outside your state or country, [including in COUNTRY]. We take reasonable steps to protect it wherever it is handled.
